Some versions of FCP have bugs - they show no more than about 300 items in Browser. Collapse all clips in browser to see more markers in the Browser window.
1.2 I got FCP XML with markers for each shot. How can I get subclip for each scene?
In order to create subclips, user just selects all or some markers created by Scene Detector and then clicks Modify ⇒ Make Subclip in Final Cut, and a new subclip is created for each scene found by Scene Detector. It couldn't be any easier!
1.3 I have Final Cut Express, not Final Cut. Will Scene Detector be useful for me?
Yes, starting from version 2.3 Scene Detector can save scene information as FCP XML even if input file is media file.
